DREAM INDIA (Society for Development of Rural Economy and Manpower-India), we are committed to empowering communities by promoting equality, education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihoods. Since our founding in 1996, in the heart of Kandpali Village, Balangir District, Odisha, we have remained dedicated to fostering social justice and resilience in rural India.

Our mission is clear: eradicate caste-based discrimination, support economic livelihoods, and advance gender equality for all. Through innovative programs and strategic partnerships, we tackle key issues in:

• Education: Offering opportunities for underprivileged children to access quality education and build a brighter future.
• Healthcare: Promoting awareness and providing essential health services, including organizing health camps and championing the use of herbal medicines.
• Livelihoods: Supporting local communities by advocating for fair wages, sustainable farming practices, and better access to natural resources.
• Disaster Relief: Providing timely assistance and resources to those in need during emergencies, ensuring no one is left behind.

Beyond this, we focus on strengthening local governance and leadership development through community-driven training programs, equipping individuals to be change-makers in their own villages.
